1. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms
Wilson Electronics, Inc. is committed to protecting the user's privacy. This Privacy Statement sets forth
Wilson's current privacy practices with regard to the information it collects when the user or the user's
computer interacts with Wilson's website. By accessing wilsonelectronics.com, the user acknowledges
and fully understands Wilson Electronics' Privacy Statement and freely consents to the information
collection and use practices described in this Website Privacy Statement.
2. Participating Merchant Policies

Online merchants and others who participate in Wilson Electronics services are encouraged to participate in industry privacy initiatives and to take a responsible attitude towards consumer privacy. Wilson recommends and encourages that the user always review the privacy policies of merchants and other third parties before the user provides any personal information or completes any transaction with such parties.
3. Information Wilson Collects and How It Will Be Used
Wilson Electronics collects certain information from and about its users three ways: directly from our web server logs, the user, and with cookies.
a. Web Server Logs
When the user visits our website, Wilson may track information to administer the site and analyze its usage. Examples of information Wilson may track include:

- The kind of browser or computer the user uses
- Number of links the user clicks on within the site
- State or country from which the user accessed the site
- Date and time of the user's visit
- Name of the user's Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Web page the user linked to Wilson's site from
- Pages the user viewed on the site
b. Use of Cookies
Wilson Electronics may use cookies to personalize or enhance the user's experience. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on the user's hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to the user's computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to the user, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to the user.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save the user time. For example, if the user personalizes a web page, or navigates within a site, a cookie helps the site to recall the user's specific information on subsequent visits. Hence, this simplifies the process of delivering relevant content and eases site navigation by providing and saving the user's preferences and login information as well as providing personalized functions.
Wilson Electronics reserves the right to share aggregated site statistics with partner companies, but does not allow other companies to place cookies on its website unless there is a temporary, overriding customer value (such as merging into
wilsonelectronics.com a site that relies on third-party cookies).
The user has the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but the user can usually modify the user's browser setting to decline cookies. If the user rejects cookies by changing the user's browser settings, be aware that this may disable some of the functions on Wilson's website.
c. Personal Information Users
Visitors to Wilson's website can register to receive services. When the user registers, Wilson will request some personal information such as name, address, email, telephone number or facsimile number and other relevant information. The user may also be asked to disclose personal information to Wilson so that Wilson can provide assistance and information to the user. For example, such data may be needed to provide technical support and troubleshooting.
Wilson will not disclose personally identifiable information Wilson collects from the user to third parties without the user's permission except to the extent necessary including:
- To fulfill the user's service requests for services
- To protect Wilson Electronics from liability
- To respond to legal process or comply with law, or
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or liquidation of the company.
4. Use of Web Beacons or GIF Files
Wilson Electronics' web pages may contain electronic images known as web beacons – sometimes also called single-pixel gifs – that allow Wilson Electronics to count users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. Wilson Electronics may include web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.
Some of these web beacons may be placed by third party service providers to help determine the effectiveness of Wilson's advertising campaigns or email communications. These web beacons may be used by these service providers to place a persistent cookie on the user's computer. This allows the service provider to recognize the user's computer each time the user visits certain pages or emails and compiles anonymous information in relation to those page views, which in turn enables Wilson and its service providers to learn which advertisements and emails bring the user to Wilson's website and how the user uses the site. Wilson Electronics prohibits web beacons from being used to collect or access the user's personal information.
5. Accessing Web Account Information
We will provide the user with the means to ensure that personally identifiable information in the user's web account file is correct and current. You may review this information by contacting Wilson by sending an email to Wilson's support attendant –
tech@wilsonelectronics.com.
6. Children's Issues
The Web Site is not directed to children less than thirteen (13) years of age, and children under such age must not use the web site or services offered on it to submit any individually identifiable information about them.
7. Changes to This Statement
Wilson Electronics has the discretion to occasionally update this privacy statement. When Wilson does, Wilson will also revise the "updated" date at the top of this Privacy page. Wilson encourages the user to periodically review this privacy statement to stay informed about how Wilson is helping to protect the personal information Wilson collects. The user's continued use of the service constitutes the user's agreement to this privacy statement and any updates.
